The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Tourism has intensified its tours of hospitality facilities in the Holy Capital in conjunction with the start of Hajj season in order to ensure delivery of the best services for pilgrims.
Saudi Tourism has increased monitoring of tours on various tourist hospitality facilities, including hotels, serviced apartments, and other accommodation in the Holy Capital of Makkah.
This effort aims to enhance the quality of services provided to pilgrims during this year’s Hajj season under the supervision of the Minister of Tourism, Ahmed Al-Khateeb.
Since this year’s Hajj season began, the ministry’s inspection teams have conducted more than 4,500 inspection tours of hospitality facilities in the Holy Capital.
These inspection tours are part of the ministry’s active role in serving pilgrims. In cooperation with relevant government entities, the ministry aims to provide the best services and facilitate their Hajj rituals.
The ministry also pointed out that pilgrims can submit inquiries and comments about the services provided to them through the ministry’s official channels on social media platforms or by contacting the unified call center at 930.
The Hajj season occurs during the month of Dhul Hijjah, the twelfth month in the Islamic calendar, beginning June 14 and ending on June 19, 2024, in the Gregorian calendar (8th of Dhul Hijjah through 1 th of Dhul Hijjah on the Islamic calendar).
