Written by Linda Hohnholz

Saudia, the national flag carrier of Saudi Arabia, has topped YouGov’s Best Brand Rankings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the third consecutive year, achieving a remarkable score of 59.4.

YouGov’s evaluation was based on an index score that measures the overall brand health calculated by taking the average of the impression, quality, value, satisfaction, recommendation, and reputation scores of a company for the full year.

Essam Akhonbay, Vice President of Marketing at Saudia, said: “This recognition is a testament to Saudia’s unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, and we are honored to witness the successes of Saudia year after year.

“It mirrors our expertise in understanding and addressing the needs of our guests and providing them with best-in-class services.” He added.

Saudia’s consistent top ranking aligns with its dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. It also reaffirms the airline’s mission to serve as the Wings of Vision 2030, connecting guests from over 100 destinations across four continents.

Saudia was recently awarded the “World Class Airline 2024” for the third consecutive year at The APEX Official Airline Ratings™ awards. Saudia has also advanced 11 places in the Skytrax airlines ranking of the World Best Airlines 2023. The Airline also ranked top among global airlines for best on-time performance (OTP) according to a report by the Cirium.

Saudia was established in 1945 and has grown to become one of the Middle East’s largest airlines. It has invested significantly in upgrading its aircraft and currently operates one of the youngest fleet. The airline serves an extensive global route network covering around 100 destinations across four continents, including all 28 domestic airports in Saudi Arabia.
