John Pagano, the Chief Executive Officer at Red Sea Global posted on his LinkedIn, that he was proud to announce that Visit Red Sea has achieved the highest-ever score awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) for their prestigious Platinum LEED for Cities and Communities certification.
With 96 points out of 110, this monumental achievement is the culmination of years of meticulous work and coordination with all the project’s stakeholders. It follows USGBC naming us the ‘Outstanding Developer’ of the year at the LEED Homes Awards 2023 and being awarded the prestigious Mostadam Diamond Certification for our Turtle Bay Hotel.
From the outset, our goal was to create a sustainable tourism destination that would redefine industry standards. Congratulations to all colleagues and partners for this milestone achievement and your commitment to pioneering and delivering regeneration in the Kingdom and beyond.
